Tonight, I will sing “Let It Be,” at the top of my lungs and with tears in my eyes.
And I will rejoice that neither me nor mine were taken from me today.
And the tears will be for those who lost someone or something.
And I will know the connection.
And I will feel the connection.
And I will BE the connection.
All in the knowledge that I will never, NEVER understand.
